Duty of Care Commitment

The Utility Broadband Alliance (UBBA) recognizes the safety of all of those in-person at the UBBA Summit & PlugFest as a top priority. UBBA is committed to following CDC, state, local government agencies, and the venue (Hilton St. Louis @ the Ballpark) Covid-19 health and safety guidelines applicable to in-person events.
By attending the UBBA Summit & PlugFest in St. Louis, you agree to comply with all Covid-19 health and safety guidelines recommended by the CDC, state, local government agencies and the Hilton St. Louis @ the Ballpark. To help ensure that all participants are as committed as we are to following safety protocols on site, UBBA will post hotel guidelines and other informational material. Masks may or may not be mandatory, but attendees may feel free to wear masks as they feel compelled.  Hand sanitizers will be available throughout the venue, and we will do our best to continue social distancing as appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable guidelines and UBBA notices, which may be updated up to and through the event, and ultimately responsible for your own health.
Your acceptance of this Duty of Care Commitment is a condition of registration and participation in the UBBA Summit & PlugFest.
